Customer Service
Medigold operate the majority of our customer service and administrative functions from our Headquarters in Northampton. We have various teams that are designed to ensure that our service to our clients is of the highest quality possible. These teams include Client Liaison, Clinical Coordination, Finance and our Medical Secretariat.
Each client at Medigold is allocated with a client liaison contact who is responsible for ensuring that every facet of Medigold's service provision is running smoothly. They are available throughout the working week on a direct dial number.
The Clinical Coordination Department ensure that our clinical professionals are in the right place at the right time to suit the prevailing clinical needs of our clients.
Our Finance team often liaise directly with the purchasing departments of our clients.
The Medigold Medical Secretariat consists of highly trained Medical Secretaries who receive the electronically dictated files from our clinicians and accurately produce medical reports that are dispatched to clients as swiftly as possible.Our Medical Secretaries are so experienced that we give them the authority to refer back to the clinicians if they feel the reports are incomplete.

Medigold operate a highly qualified Clinical Team, consisting of Occupational Health Physicians, Advisors, Specialist Rehabilitation Nurses and Visiting Disability Counsellors.
Medigold ensure the quality of our clinical work by exclusively operating to an agreed "Medigold Standard". As a result of this policy the consistency, clarity and robust nature of our medical reporting has become our main strength and asset.
Medigold is also a registered trainer with the official trainers of Specialist Registrars in Occupational Medicine for the Faculty of Occupational Medicine within the Royal College of Physicians.

Medigold has an experienced Management team, led by our Executive Chairman Dr Michael Goldsmith. Dr Goldsmith is the founder of Medigold and is also a vastly experienced Occupational, Insurance and Pensions Medical specialist.
Our Managing Director, Mrs Geny Foster is an experienced Human Resources professional by trade and therefore directly understands the issues for which HR professionals are looking to Medigold for guidance.
