Extensive “wide-range” Pre-Employment Screening
Medigold provide extensive, innovative and thorough pre-employment health
screening via a combination of questionnaires, nurse telephone consultations,
paper-based investigations and face to face medicals.
Medigold design bespoke screening packages for our clients as we recognise that
requirements vary. Our screening is designed to specifically address the
characteristics of the role concerned and all questionnaires are reviewed in
person by an experienced Occupational Health triage nurse.
Depending on the needs of the client, Medigold Pre-employment questionnaires can be completed in three different ways:
- Completed by the Applicant and returned to Medigold in Freepost envelopes (provided by Medigold) directly to our offices;
- Completed by the Applicant, scanned, and returned via e-mail; or
- Completed and returned on-line by the Applicant through the Medigold website www.medigold-health.com.
Medigold process questionnaires within 24 hours of receipt and we usually provide feedback on the same working day.
All advice provided through our pre-employment screening process is given
within the constraints of current legislation including the Disability
Discrimination Act and best health and safety practices.
