Matrix Diagnostics Oral Fluid SLA – Abbreviated
This abbreviated SLA provides the cut-offs and associated Uncertainty of Measurement (UOM) for confirmation analyses performed in oral fluid and should be read in conjunction with MATLFOR018 v22.1 – Laboratory Service Set Up Form and Standard Level Agreement, effective October 2021. All other parts of the SLA remain unchanged.
This document is effective from 18th May 2023. If your sample was analysed prior to this date, please refer to MATLFOR018 v22.1 – Laboratory Service Set Up Form and Standard Level Agreement effective October 2021.
Analysis is being performed by an approved ISO17025 laboratory. The uncertainty of measurement (UOM) will be applied to the result prior to it being reported to ensure the reported concentration is the lowest possible true value with a greater than 95% confidence. The cut-offs are in most cases remain unchanged..
