Empowering your organisation to provide confident, caring and inclusive menopause support

Menopause support services – Why they’re important in the workplace

For many employees, perimenopause and menopause can bring added challenges at work – especially when awareness and support are limited.

Symptoms such as hot flushes, fatigue, poor sleep, anxiety and difficulty concentrating can all affect confidence, wellbeing and performance. Around 67% of women aged 40–60 say their symptoms negatively impact their working lives.

Yet fewer than half of UK employers currently have a menopause policy or structured support in place. With upcoming employment law changes, larger organisations will soon be required to publish formal Menopause Action Plans, making workplace support more important than ever.

Effective menopause support helps businesses retain experienced talent, reduce absence and maintain productivity. With women over 50 being one of the fastest-growing parts of the UK workforce, creating an inclusive culture is essential.

Our menopause support services help organisations build understanding and practical capability across their teams – ensuring employees feel supported and managers feel confident in their role, while aligning with emerging legal expectations.

What we offer

  • Delivered face to face or online by our experienced trainers, our engaging and insightful menopause training programmes help your teams to:

    • Improve awareness and understanding among your employees of menopause and its impact in the workplace.
    • Equip your teams with the knowledge and tools necessary to be able to confidently support the wellbeing of menopausal colleagues, to ensure they remain happy, productive and successful at work.
    • Consider strategies to help you develop a menopause-inclusive work environment, including introducing flexible working, workplace adjustments and additional support services.

All training content and materials can be tailored specifically to your organisation.

  • For employees who need personalised clinical guidance, these consultations give individuals the time and space to discuss their symptoms in depth, understand their menopausal stage, and explore safe, effective treatment options tailored to their needs.

If the appointment is held remotely, we ask employees to have a recent blood pressure reading, along with their current height and weight, to ensure the GP has all the information required to assess their health accurately.

Following the consultation, each employee receives a clear written medical report outlining:

    • Their assessment and menopausal status
    • Personalised treatment recommendations
    • Follow‑up guidance or an ongoing management plan
    • Any relevant prescriptions or advice for onward care

This service provides employees with expert reassurance and confidential clinical support – helping them feel informed, empowered, and well looked after throughout their menopause journey.

  • We’ve partnered with Adora, a leading menopause app, to provide practical, personalised support that employees can access anytime, anywhere.

As an Approved Class 1 Medical Device, Adora meets rigorous safety and quality standards. It combines expert clinical guidance with digital tools, helping users understand and manage their menopause journey with confidence.

    Key benefits of Adora:

    Personalised support
Adora creates a tailored menopause plan based on each employee’s symptoms and experiences. Interactive assessments and chat features provide actionable strategies that fit individual lifestyles.

    Symptom tracking and management
Users can log symptoms over time, helping identify patterns and discover what management strategies work best – from lifestyle adjustments to treatment options.

    Direct access to clinical expertise
Employees can consult NHS-trained gynaecologists and menopause specialists for one-to-one guidance, often more quickly than through traditional NHS pathways.

    Evidence-based education and resources
The app combines medically approved education with practical lifestyle advice – covering hot flushes, sleep, mental wellbeing, nutrition and more – all in one easy-to-use platform.

    Community, events and continuous learning
Live webinars, expert-led events and community support spaces ensure users feel understood and supported throughout their menopause journey.

With Adora, your employees can take control of their menopause experience, while your organisation benefits from a healthier, more supported workforce.
