It may certainly not feel like it at the moment but, with the clocks going forward at the end of this month, we mark a seasonal change and this may impact us physically and emotionally. March promotes National Bed Month which focuses on the importance of good sleep on our wellbeing. 

This edition provides you with some top tips on how to get a good night’s sleep.

Some key dates for your diary in March are:

  • International Women’s Day – 8th March
  • Salt Awareness Week – 9th to 15th March
  • Nutrition and Hydration Week – 16th to 22nd of March
