Medigold Health LinkedIn Competition: HML Acquisition Celebration – Terms and Conditions

1. This Prize Draw is administered by Medigold Health Consultancy Limited, a private limited company with company number 03507491, with its registered address at Medigold House, Queensbridge, Northampton, NN4 7BF, United Kingdom (“Medigold Health”).
2. This Prize Draw is open to all United Kingdom (“UK”) residents aged 18 years or over.
3. Employees of Medigold Health, its subsidiaries, and their agents, as well as any of the employees’ immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
4. In order to enter the Prize Draw, you must: Like the Medigold LinkedIn page; Like the competition post on Medigold Health’s LinkedIn page; and Comment on the competition post on Medigold Health’s LinkedIn page.
5. The Prize Draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
6. You may only enter this Prize Draw once. Any subsequent Entries over the maximum
   number of Entries will be void and will not be entered into this Prize Draw.
7. The Prize Draw will start at 2 pm on 16th October 2024. (Start Date)
8. Entries made prior to the Start Date will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
   You must submit your Entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions before 15th
   November 2024. (Closing Date)
9.  Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
10. Medigold Health accepts no responsibility for you or any technical issues you experience in an attempt to enter into the Prize Draw.
11. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible Entries by a draw
    performed via a computer draw platform Random Name Picker, on Monday, November
    18th 2024.
12. For the avoidance of doubt, the Winner will be the first entrant randomly selected
    from all Entries correctly submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (“Winner”).
13. The Winner will receive one (1) digital £50 Amazon voucher (“Prize”). This is the only prize, and no further prizes will be given away.
14. The Prize will be sent to the Winner via LinkedIn message to the LinkedIn profile from their Entry on or before Monday, November 18th, 2024.
15. In order to accept the Prize, the Winner must respond to the LinkedIn message within 30 days. If the Winner fails to do so, a new Winner will be selected using the same winner selection process.
16. There is no alternative Prize. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The Prize will not include any additional costs and expenses.
17. Medigold Health reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if it is necessary to do so for any reason.
18.  The decision of Medigold Health regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
19. Please note that your personal information will be used to process your Entry and to contact you about your Entry. Please see our privacy policy for more details regarding how Medigold Health will use your personal information.
20. As a Winner, you may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this Prize Draw. Your participation in any publicity will be entirely optional.
21. This Prize Draw is operated by Medigold Health.
22. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will limit or exclude Medigold Health’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud. For the avoidance of doubt, Medigold Health will not be legally responsible to entrants or Winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to either Medigold Health or to the entrant at the time of Entry to the Prize Draw or which are caused by a third party.
23. Medigold Health reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Prize Draw at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or any other factors beyond Medigold Health’s control that could affect the fairness or integrity of the Prize Draw.
24. Medigold Health accepts no responsibility for any issues that may arise with the social media platform, including but not limited to, technical faults or user errors which prevent an entrant from entering into the Prize Draw.
25. The laws of England and Wales apply to these Terms and Conditions. If you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of the country you are resident in.
26. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
