Health & Wellbeing at Work 2026: Show round-up and highlights!
On March 10th and 11th, our Medigold team once again headed to the Health & Wellbeing Show, where we were proud to return as this year’s Headline Sponsor. It proved to be an incredibly successful two days – full of meaningful conversations, high‑energy engagement and a fantastic opportunity to showcase the depth of expertise we bring to occupational health and workplace wellbeing.
A packed conference hall for our experts
Both of our speaker sessions drew exceptional attendance, with rooms packed out and plenty of standing room only:
- Kathryn Wood delivered a highly practical and insightful session on supporting neurodivergent employees — a topic clearly front‑of‑mind for many organisations.
- Georgina Corner and Dr Judith Bird led an excellent session on managing complex health needs in the workplace, giving employers real‑world guidance on how to navigate challenging scenarios with confidence.
Throughout the event, we had the chance to connect with delegates facing a wide range of workforce wellbeing challenges — invaluable conversations that help us continue shaping services that truly meet organisations’ needs.

Our Medigold MOT clinic was a hit!
Our Senior Technicians – Chris Vickers , Ryan Partridge, Harris Faulkner and Shakira Baptiste – were central to the success of our stand, delivering high‑quality Health MOTs with professionalism and care!
Attendees took full advantage, stopping by the Medigold MOT clinic to check their vital signs and gain valuable health insights including weight, height, BMI, blood pressure, pulse, cholesterol & HDL, blood glucose and haemoglobin.
We loved seeing so many people prioritising their wellbeing and conducted over 50 Health MOT’s over the two days. Nice work, everyone!
World Cup challenge
And of course, our World Cup Challenge stole a bit of the spotlight too! With plenty of visitors showing off their skills and adding a bit of fun into the day.

The future of workplace health
Beyond the activities and giveaways, this show was a fantastic opportunity for us to meet with businesses committed to improving workplace health. We had so many valuable conversations about how Medigold Health’s services can support employees and create healthier, happier workplaces.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand, attended our talks, and engaged with us over the two days. If you didn’t get a chance to speak with us at the show, don’t worry – you can still get in touch to learn how we can support your organisation.
Thanks for a great event, everyone!
