Here to get your people back to work safe & well post-pandemic

We are all facing unprecedented challenges in keeping the workforce safe and well in this uncertain time. To continue to support you and your employees, we have adjusted some of our service delivery methods in response to the current challenging circumstances.

The following services can all be accessed remotely by telephone, helping you to continue to meet your statutory obligations and supporting your people to return to work safely, post pandemic.

Remote Management Referral Service

Medigold Health are now offering a completely remote management referral service with consultations taking place over the phone with one of our OHAs or OHPs.

We would like to reassure you that telephone consultations are the most reliable and common alternative to face-to-face consultations and all of our clinicians are fully trained and experienced in conducting a robust consultation via telephone.

Statutory Medicals

In line with the recent guidance from the Health & Safety Executive (HSE), certain medical assessments can now be delivered remotely, including:

– Train Driver Medicals

– PTS Medicals

– Safety Critical Medicals*

* Questionnaire based remote assessment which will produce interim confirmation of fitness. A further face-to-face assessment will be needed when normal services are resumed.

Here to Help

We are all in this together, and the Medigold Health team is determined to help your business through this crisis. If you need help or support with your occupational health and wellbeing services throughout this challenging period, contact us at:
