Medigold Health Newsletter Easter Egg Hunt competition – Terms and Conditions
- The competition is open to all UK residents who receive the Easter issue (Issue 04) of the Medigold Memo newsletter, aged 18 years or over, and who enter the competition by submitting the correct number of hidden Easter eggs. However, employees of Medigold Health Consultancy Limited (“Medigold Health”) and its subsidiaries, as well as their families and agents associated with the administration of the prize draw, are excluded from participating.
- The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
- All entries must be submitted through the dedicated entry link provided in the Easter issue (04) of the Medigold Memo newsletter.
- The opening date for entries is Thursday, March 28, 2024, and the closing date of the prize draw is 5:00 PM on Monday, April 8, 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
- Medigold Health accepts no responsibility for any participant or technical issues related to entry for the competition.
- In the event of a tie, the correct entries will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on Tuesday, April 9, 2024.
- The winner will receive a £50 Amazon voucher.
- The winner will be notified by email (using details provided within the entry form) on Tuesday, April 9, 2024.
- The prize will be emailed to each winner within 10 days of being notified of their win.
- The prize for the winners is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
- Medigold Health reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Medigold Health’s control make it necessary to do so.
- The decision of Medigold Health regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
