Scrolling through other people’s glossy summer holiday snaps on social media can sometimes give our self-esteem a bit of a knock as we are prone to comparing ourselves to the picture-perfect lives we see on our newsfeed.  However, it is important to remember that social media is not always a true representation of ‘real-life’ and that the images you are comparing yourself to, are likely to be staged, adjusted or filtered.

  • Psoriasis Awareness Month
  • Cycle to Work Day

Remember we are not perfect and being realistic about who we are and who we want to be is a healthy approach to being a better you.
